Refund Policy

JOINUP provides a 3-day free trial so that users can experience the service before purchasing a paid plan. No payment is required during the free trial period.

1. Paid Services

JOINUP Card and JOINUP Recruit are digital SaaS services that provide access to JOINUP features for 30 days from the date the paid service is activated.

Payments may be processed through Paddle or another authorized payment service provider.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund requests will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the policies of the payment service provider.

Where applicable, customers may have a statutory right to cancel or request a refund within a specific period after purchase.

If a customer is unable to use JOINUP due to a verified technical issue caused by JOINUP, we may provide a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Duplicate payments or confirmed billing errors will be refunded after verification.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.

3. Cases Where Refunds May Be Restricted

To the extent permitted by applicable law, refunds may be restricted in cases involving:

• Fraudulent or unauthorized use of the service

• Repeated abuse of the refund process

• False information or fraudulent payment methods

• Violations of JOINUP's Terms of Service

• Other circumstances where refunds may be restricted under applicable law or the payment service provider's policies

These restrictions do not affect any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

4. How to Request a Refund

Customers may request a refund by contacting JOINUP Customer Support.

For purchases processed through Paddle, customers may also request assistance using the contact information provided on their Paddle payment receipt or through Paddle's buyer support services.

When requesting a refund, customers may be asked to provide information necessary to identify and verify the transaction.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

Once a full refund has been processed, access to the corresponding paid JOINUP service may be terminated.

6. Free Trial

JOINUP provides a 3-day free trial with access to its available features without requiring payment.

The purpose of the free trial is to allow customers to evaluate JOINUP before purchasing a paid service.

Unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of registration, the free trial does not automatically convert into a paid service and customers will not be charged solely because the free trial period has ended.

7. Changes to This Policy

JOINUP may update this Refund Policy when necessary due to changes in applicable laws, payment processing requirements, or JOINUP's services.

Material changes will be communicated through the JOINUP website or other appropriate means.
