1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using JOINUP, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
If you are using JOINUP on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

JOINUP provides recruitment operation services, including but not limited to:
Recruitment landing page creation
Application form management
Applicant data collection
Real-time applicant notifications (Premium Plan)
Applicant management
Excel export after recruitment
Recruitment campaign support
Additional services may be introduced in the future.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate recruitment information
Use JOINUP only for lawful recruitment purposes
Not submit false, misleading, or illegal job postings
Comply with all applicable employment and privacy laws
JOINUP reserves the right to reject or remove content that violates applicable laws or these Terms.
5. Payments
Service fees are determined based on the selected recruitment plan.
Payment is completed through consultation before service begins.
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, completed services are non-refundable.
6. Applicant Information
Applicant information collected through JOINUP recruitment pages belongs to the recruiting customer.
JOINUP processes applicant information solely for the purpose of providing recruitment services.
JOINUP does not use applicant information for advertising or unrelated marketing activities.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, trademarks, logos, and technologies used by JOINUP remain the intellectual property of JOINUP or its licensors.
Customers may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or modify JOINUP's technology without written permission.
8. Service Availability
While JOINUP strives to provide stable and reliable services, temporary interruptions may occur due to:
Maintenance
Network failures
Third-party service outages
Force majeure
JOINUP is not liable for temporary service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JOINUP shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Business interruption
Loss of profits
Loss of applicant opportunities caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer
JOINUP's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.
10. Termination
JOINUP may suspend or terminate services if:
These Terms are violated
Fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected
Required payments are not completed
Customers may discontinue using JOINUP at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
JOINUP may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms become effective immediately after publication on this website.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.Recruitment Content Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the recruitment information they provide.
JOINUP acts as a recruitment operation platform and is not responsible for employment decisions, hiring outcomes, or the contents of recruitment postings submitted by customers.
14.Applicant Data Delivery
Applicant information collected during the recruitment period will be delivered to the customer according to the selected service plan.
JOINUP may retain encrypted backup copies for a limited period for operational and recovery purposes before secure deletion.
